Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Version: 1.13

Your choice
Marine-CRM provides controlled access to limited professional B2B contact information as part of a paid service. Customers are prohibited from exporting, scraping, reselling, licensing, or redistributing the Shared Dataset, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Because some laws define a “sale” or “sharing” broadly, CIRCLESEA OÜ provides a worldwide right to ask us not to make your professional-contact profile available through Marine-CRM. You do not need to prove that a particular privacy law applies, create an account, or pay a fee.
Submit a request
Use the form on this page or email privacy@marine-crm.com with the subject Do Not Sell or Share.
The form should request only:
- corporate email address shown in, or believed to be associated with, the profile — required, so we can locate the relevant professional profile;
- first and last name — optional;
- company name — optional; and
- explanation — optional, maximum 500 characters.
The explanation field accepts no more than 500 characters, and the form does not accept file attachments. Do not send a passport, national ID, password, private email credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information. You do not have to prove that you control the corporate email to submit an opt-out. If the address alone does not locate one profile, we may use the optional name or company or request only the minimum additional information reasonably needed to find the correct record.
The public page, form, and automatic messages are in English. A request is received once it is securely saved; an acknowledgement-delivery failure does not cancel or remove it. We show an on-page receipt and send one automatic acknowledgement from privacy@marine-crm.com, with replies returning to that monitored mailbox. It confirms receipt, links to the Privacy Policy, provides our contact details, and states that we normally complete a matched opt-out within 15 Business Days, but does not repeat the submitted fields or explanation. It does not contain a verification link or require a reply. If it hard-bounces, we do not retry it automatically and continue processing the request.
The acknowledgement does not display a case or reference number. We may use a non-public internal identifier to manage and evidence the request. An opt-out request is not routinely subject to identity verification. If documented, reasonable indicators show fraud, targeted suppression abuse, or an attempt to manipulate another person's profile, we may temporarily hold only the disputed action and request the minimum information reasonably necessary to assess that risk. We do not use this safeguard to impose routine proof of mailbox control or frustrate a genuine opt-out. If the same submission also asks for access to personal data or another right that could disclose or alter data, we may separately verify that part using the least intrusive method reasonably necessary.
Readable form content is kept only while needed to locate the record and complete the request and for no more than 90 days after closure. Minimal protected case evidence may be retained under the Privacy Policy. A separate security or anti-abuse event, without the request text or a readable email address, may remain for no more than 13 months from the original submission and is then deleted.
The form uses first-party request-integrity protection, a honeypot, and rate limiting without an external CAPTCHA. A later CAPTCHA or provider requires the applicable privacy, cookie, security, and international-transfer review and documentation update. An internal notification goes only to privacy@marine-crm.com, and request access is limited to specifically authorised personnel responsible for privacy. If the same corporate email submits identical content within 10 minutes, we merge it with the existing request and do not send another acknowledgement.
What we do
After locating a matching record, we will:
- stop making the profile available through the Shared Dataset;
- remove or suppress the active profile as appropriate;
- apply a protected, non-reversible keyed hash of the corporate email address to help prevent re-import or re-display; and
- keep only the minimum evidence needed to honour the request, demonstrate compliance, or manage legal claims.
Where the supplied corporate email matches one profile, we do not routinely require proof of identity or control of that address before applying the opt-out, subject only to the documented anti-abuse safeguard above. We normally complete the request without undue delay and within 15 Business Days, and sooner where applicable law requires. If the information does not identify a unique profile, we may ask only for the minimum additional information needed to locate it. We do not charge a fee or reduce a service available to you because you exercised this choice.
After completing the request, we send one message from privacy@marine-crm.com confirming removal or suppression and linking to the Privacy Policy. It does not reproduce the former profile. If we find no matching profile, we send one message stating that outcome without revealing another person's data and close the request. Ordinary completion and no-match messages do not add separate supervisory-authority text beyond the Privacy Policy link. If we refuse or do not take action on a privacy-rights request, we provide the legally required reasons and information about complaint and judicial-remedy options.
If the submission also reasonably requests access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right, we process that part under the applicable right without requiring a new form. An authorised representative may submit a request with the minimum evidence reasonably necessary to confirm authority. Our internal audit record is limited to the request type, status, timestamps, action taken, and documented reason, without unnecessary copies of the underlying data.
Browser privacy signals
The public Website does not use advertising or cross-site behavioural-tracking cookies. Where applicable law requires us to recognise a valid browser opt-out preference signal, we treat it as a rejection or withdrawal of optional analytics for that browser and as an opt-out for other browser- or device-linked processing to the extent we can reasonably associate the signal with that processing. A browser signal normally does not identify which professional-contact profile belongs to you, so the corporate-email route remains available for Shared Dataset removal.
Other privacy rights
This page does not limit any right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing. Those requests may also be sent to privacy@marine-crm.com. See our Privacy Policy.
